产生原因:


1、原材料纤维组织不均匀,如碳化物偏析、聚集、分布不均。


2、加热时,工件表商有氧化皮、锈斑等,从而造成局部表而脱碳。


3、淬火介质老化或含有过多杂质,使冷却速度不均。


4、尺寸较大的零件淬火冷却介质后,未做平稳的上下、左右移动。


解决办法:


1、原材料需经合理锻造和退火。


2、淬火前应认真检查,去除氧化皮、锈斑等。


3、定期清理、更换冷却介质,始终保持冷却介质的清洁。


4、工件进入淬火介质后,要按规程正确进行操作。
